For CCGC 2025 there is a discounted sleeping room rate of $209 per night plus taxes and fees. This rate is available until August 14, 2025 or when the block of rooms is sold out.

There is a $25.00 fee for self-parking and valet parking available for $35.00 (may include tax and subject to change).

Please note: For the run of housing rooms, the hotel cannot guarantee room types.

• Conference Cancellation Policy

• Before August 15, 2025: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded
• After August 15, 2025: 40% of the registration fee will be refunded
• After September 1, 2025: No refund
